We are passionate about helping people know God better, assisting all members to discover purpose and fulfil their destinies. We are a family and like the early church we share love together and grow in love.

Mission and Vision of RCCG

As received by the General Overseer (G.O.), Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and communicated to the Headquarters leaders, our vision and mission statement are as follows:

1.     To make heaven.

2.     To take as many people with us.

3.     To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations.

The glory of God is the beauty of His spirit. It is not an aesthetic beauty or a material beauty, but it is the beauty that emanates from His character, from all that He is. The word glory is literally translated “heavy weight,” meaning the heaviest, biggest, grandest thing about someone and this glory is available to believers at all times because we are born of God (John 1:3); and created for His glory (Isaiah 43:7). One way to access the Glory of God is to ask through prayer. The psalmist wrote in Psalms 21:2 , "Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips" First, pray that the glory will be revealed to you and in you. You can see and experience the glory of God, but you must diligently ask and seek for it to be revealed. When Moses saw the glory of God, he asked, saying, “Please, show me Your glory” (Exodus 33:18, NKJV). When believers gathered together in a spirit of unity, seeking the Lord, the glory appeared in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost, and sat on the head of each person there (Acts 2:1-4). When we pray the glory into the earth, miracles, signs and wonders will occur in the Church and in our own personal lives. Secondly, prepare for the Glory. God says in Isaiah 55:9, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" This shows that as believers we need to pray to understand the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints because when we inherited Him, glory was deposited in us, but we have to receive revelation of what it means to walk in that glory.
